Clarity Wellness Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our websites—HerClarity.com, TheClarityMethod.com, and ThePeptideEdit.com—and related services, including coaching, courses, group programs, telehealth coordination, email/text communications, social media engagement, and affiliate content (collectively, the "Site" or "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Not medical or legal advice. The Company provides coaching and educational services. Independent licensed clinicians (e.g., Asher Med, LLC) provide medical services separately and are responsible for their own privacy/HIPAA practices.

II. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • Site visitors and account holders

  • Coaching and course clients

  • Participants in Zoom or other virtual sessions and community calls

  • Users who interact with our social media or click on affiliate links

  • Individuals who request coordination with independent telehealth providers

This Policy does not apply to independent telehealth providers, medical practices, pharmacies, or laboratories (e.g., Asher Med, LLC). Those entities maintain their own privacy notices and HIPAA obligations and independently determine how they collect, use, and secure your information.

III. Information We Collect

1) Information you provide to us

  • Contact and account data: name, email, phone, mailing address, login credentials

  • Profile and intake data: preferences, goals, interests, time zone, scheduling info

  • Health/wellness data you choose to share with us for coaching or for telehealth coordination (e.g., history you type in an intake form)

  • Payment data: billing address and limited payment details (processed by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Content you submit: messages, surveys, testimonials, support tickets, uploads

  • Media/recordings: video, audio, or images captured during virtual programs with your consent

  • Social handles: if you interact with our pages or communities

2) Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, session duration, and similar telemetry

  • Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tech (see Section VI)

3) Information from third parties

  • Telehealth providers (e.g., Asher Med, LLC), pharmacies, and labs (limited to what's necessary to coordinate your request; medical records remain with those entities)

  • Payment processors, email/SMS providers, analytics, and affiliate partners

  • Public social media content you choose to make available

IV. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and personalize coaching, courses, and community experiences

  • Facilitate your requested coordination with independent telehealth providers (e.g., securely transmitting intake details you submit)

  • Schedule sessions (incl. Zoom), send confirmations, and manage your account

  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts

  • Send service messages, educational content, and (with consent) marketing or affiliate offers

  • Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and Services

  • Enforce our Terms, protect users and our business, comply with law, and respond to lawful requests

V. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to:

Independent telehealth providers and pharmacies (e.g., Asher Med, LLC):

  • At your direction, we transmit relevant intake or coordination information.

  • We do not create or maintain your medical chart, and we are not responsible for a provider's HIPAA practices, record retention, or disclosures. Contact the provider directly for medical records or HIPAA rights.

Service providers (processors):

  • Payments

  • Scheduling, video, and collaboration tools (e.g., Calendly/Acuity equivalents, Zoom, Google Workspace)

  • Email/SMS and CRM platforms (e.g., Kajabi, email delivery services)

  • Analytics and site operations (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, error monitoring)

These vendors process data on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and security commitments.

Affiliate and referral partners:

Limited data (e.g., click or order attribution via cookies/pixels) to track commissions; no sale of personal data.

Legal, safety, and compliance:

To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, enforce agreements, or protect rights, property, and safety.

Business transfers:

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, your information may be transferred consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

VI. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking Technologies

VII. Zoom & Virtual Sessions

  • We use Zoom or similar platforms for 1:1 and group sessions.

  • Sessions may be recorded only with your express consent (for client support, training, or quality review).

  • Participants may not record, screenshot, or redistribute session content without our written permission.

  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or medical details in group settings unless you are comfortable with other participants hearing them.

VIII. Social Media & Community Engagement

  • We operate official pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.

  • Content you post or share on those platforms may be public, governed by the platform's own terms and privacy policy.

  • We may reply to, engage with, or reshare your public content consistent with your platform settings.

  • We are not responsible for how social platforms collect or use your data—please review their privacy policies directly.

IX. Email, Texts & Marketing

  • By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional or service communications (e.g., receipts, updates, policy notices).

  • With your opt-in, you may also receive marketing emails or texts (e.g., program launches, discounts, affiliate offers).

  • You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails or reply STOP to texts. Standard carrier/data rates may apply.

  • Opting out of marketing does not affect essential transactional messages.

X. Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting).

Telehealth providers maintain medical records under their own legal/clinical retention schedules.

XI. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information (e.g., encrypted transport, access controls, secure hosting, employee confidentiality). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk.

XII. HIPAA Notice & Relationship to Telehealth Providers

Clarity Wellness Coaching, LLC is not a HIPAA "covered entity" or medical provider. When you choose to engage with any other independent medical practice:

  • That entity is solely responsible for HIPAA compliance, including its Notice of Privacy Practices, patient rights, record-keeping, and the security of medical data.

  • We do not control, supervise, or manage the provider's clinical systems or disclosures. Direct all HIPAA or medical record requests to the provider.

XIII. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of the personal information we maintain about you

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Delete certain personal information (subject to exceptions)

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Limit certain uses of sensitive data (where applicable)

  • Appeal a decision (for certain state laws)

Submit requests to support@claritywellnesscoaching.com. We may require identity verification. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision email with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia (summary)

Residents of CA/CO/CT/UT/VA may have additional rights under state privacy laws (e.g., access, delete, correct, portability, targeted advertising opt-outs). We do not sell personal data. To exercise rights, contact info@claritywellnesscoaching.com. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and your verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Nevada

We do not sell "covered information" as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may direct opt-out requests to support@claritywellnesscoaching.com.

XIV. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

XV. Third-Party Links & Websites

Our Site may link to external sites, telehealth platforms, pharmacies, labs, or affiliate vendors. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review those policies directly.

XVI. International Users

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and consent to U.S. data processing.

XVII. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. We currently do not respond to such signals. You can manage cookies and ad preferences as described in Section VI.

XVIII. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
