CLARITY WELLNESS COACHING – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Clarity Wellness Coaching, LLC (“the Company”) provides educational guidance, wellness coaching, and coordination support that connects clients with independent licensed medical providers through our telehealth partner network. Because our programs involve immediate administrative, coaching, and provider review costs, all clients must review this policy carefully prior to purchase.

1. Medication Access via Telehealth Partner
Non-Refundable After Medical Intake Submission
Once you submit your medical intake form to the independent telehealth provider, administrative and clinical review processes begin immediately.
For this reason, no refunds are issued after intake submission.
Provider Review Outcome
If a licensed medical provider determines that you are not medically eligible for GLP-1 or peptide therapy:
• The medication portion of your purchase will be refunded within 48 hours
• The provider’s non-refundable $20 clinical review fee will be deducted
• Coaching fees, if purchased, remain non-refundable
Pharmacy Fulfillment
Prescription medications, once dispensed by a pharmacy, cannot be returned, refunded, or resold under federal law.
Any errors in shipment must be addressed directly with the dispensing pharmacy.
2. Provider Fee (Required for CPOM Compliance)
During your medical intake, you will see a $20 clinical review fee charged directly by the independent medical provider.
This fee:
• Covers the clinician’s time reviewing your health history
• Is required for Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) compliance
• Is non-refundable once the provider begins review
• Is billed by the provider, not by Clarity Wellness Coaching
• May appear as a separate charge from the medical group
This ensures all medical billing and clinical decision-making remain solely between you and the licensed provider.

3. Coaching Experiences
Our coaching programs are highly personalized and require significant preparation.
• Clients have 24 hours after purchase to cancel for a full refund
• After 24 hours, all coaching fees are non-refundable
• Coaching calls may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice
• Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours are forfeited
• Programs cannot be paused, transferred, or credited to future sessions

4. Courses & Digital Products
All digital guides, downloads, and online courses are:
• Delivered instantly
• Non-returnable
• Non-refundable once accessed, opened, or downloaded
Technical issues must be reported to info@trueclaritycoaching.com within 7 days.

5. Membership Programs
Memberships may be cancelled by providing a 15-day notice via email before the next billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Additional Telehealth Provider Fees
Your telehealth provider may require labs or diagnostic testing.
Any such fees:
• Are billed directly by the provider or lab
• Are non-refundable once processed
• Are not collected or controlled by Clarity Wellness Coaching

7. No Guarantee of Prescription or Results
Purchasing any plan, coordination service, or coaching program does not guarantee:
• Medical approval
• Prescription of any medication
• Clinical outcomes
• Weight loss or symptom improvement
Approval and prescribing decisions are made solely by independent licensed medical providers.

8. Non-Refund Policy for Digital & Coaching Services
Because of the nature of coaching, digital delivery, and immediate administrative involvement:
• All sales are final once services begin
• Completed intakes, provider reviews, or coaching sessions cannot be refunded

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Submitting a chargeback for services that were validly delivered—
including coaching, administrative support, or provider intake review—
may result in immediate suspension of access to all programs.
Medication delivery issues must be addressed with the pharmacy.
Medical approval issues must be addressed with the telehealth provider.
Clarity Wellness Coaching does not sell, ship, dispense, or manage medications.

10. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Clarity Wellness Coaching provides education, support, and coordination only
• The Company does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions
• All clinical services are performed exclusively by independent licensed medical providers
• You have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy prior to payment
