Orders will not be refunded once the medical assessment is submitted, unless they are denied.
If your licensed provider determines you are not medically eligible for GLP-1 or peptide therapy, your medication portion will be refunded within 48 hours, less the non-refundable $20 appointment fee.
If part of the order is denied, you will be refunded for that specific product.Note: This refund applies only to the medication component, not to any coaching or program fees.
